Every day for 7 days you will receive short videos with asana complexes for 5-8 minutes, developed especially for you by our experienced teacher – Daria Vostok.

Meet our teacher – Dariya Vostok, a researcher of soul and body, a person who strives for harmony within and with the world around her. She succeeded in different sports – horse riding, dancing, alpine skiing, skateboarding, snowboarding, windsurfing.
For a long time, Dariya practised hatha yoga in different studios and felt inner peace and energy uplift but after suffering a severe spinal injury, she fortunately discovered an alternative, Anti-Gravity Yoga, which brought her back to the joy of practice.
These seminars have been eye-openings for me in the world of yoga. Over 7 days, I felt my body getting stronger and more flexible, while my emotional stability grew with each class. A big thank you to the instructors for their professionalism and support on the path to self-improvement. The price of participation in the challenge is a DONATION, which will make an important contribution to supporting the charity project GOVINDALAND – an eco-village, the Vedic ashram in the center of Ukraine (Vinnitsa region). Before the war we dreamed of making the world more beautiful, today we want to preserve it.
