The meaning of this public offer
1.1. This public offer (Offer) is an offer of the Non-governmental Organization “Vedalife” (hereinafter referred to as the Beneficiary) to conclude a donation agreement (hereinafter referred to as the Agreement) with any individual who accepts this Offer (hereinafter referred to as the Donor), on the terms and conditions provided below.
1.2. The offer is addressed exclusively to individuals.
1.3. The offer is public.
1.4. The offer comes into force from the day it is posted on the Internet in the WayForPay Service at https://m.wayforpay.com/ (hereinafter referred to as the Service).
1.5. The offer is valid indefinitely. The Beneficiary has the right to cancel the Offer at any time without giving reasons. The Offer may be amended and supplemented, which come into force from the day following the day of their placement on the Site. The invalidity of one or more terms of the Offer does not entail the invalidity of all other terms of the Offer.
1.6. The place of placement of the Offer and the place of conclusion of the contract is the site https://govindaland.com/offer.
1.7. This Offer is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the country of registration of the Beneficiary.
1.8. With the offer agreement, the Donor agrees to receive informational notifications from the Beneficiary, which he can refuse at any time.
Terms of an agreement
2.1. The Donor transfers funds to the Beneficiary free of charge in the amount determined by the Donor for the purposes specified in clause 2.2 of the Offer.
2.2. Purpose of donation: Voluntary contribution to the Vedalife project from the page https://govindaland.com/
2.3. The procedure for concluding the Agreement
2.3.1. The Agreement is concluded by accepting the Offer by the Donor.
2.3.2. The Offer can be accepted by the Donor by transferring funds (Donations) by the Donor in favor of the Beneficiary using the details specified in section 3 of the Offer, indicating the purpose of payment: donation.
2.3.3. The performance by the Donor of the actions provided for in clause 2.3.2 of the Offer is considered acceptance of the Offer.
2.3.4. The date of acceptance of the Offer and, accordingly, the date of conclusion of the Agreement is the date of receipt of funds from the Donor to the Beneficiary’s wallet in the system https://wayforpay.com/ru.
2.4. Other conditions
2.4.1. The beneficiary has the right at any time before the transfer of the donation to him and after the transfer of the donation within 10 days to refuse it. In case of refusal of the donation after the transfer of the donation, the Beneficiary shall return the donation within 5 days after the decision to refuse has been made. In this case, this agreement is considered terminated from the moment the Beneficiary decides to refuse.
2.4.2. By performing the actions provided for by this Offer, the Donor confirms that he is familiar with the terms and text of this Offer, the purposes of raising funds by the Beneficiary, is aware of the significance of his actions, has the full right to perform them and fully accepts the terms of this Offer.
2.4.3. The Donor hereby confirms that at the time of acceptance of the Offer he is a capable person, acts on his own behalf, at his own expense and in his own interest.
